How do I place an order?

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept debit/credit cards, bank transfers, and other secure payment options available at checkout.

 

Can I modify or cancel my order?

Orders can only be changed or canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After this, they are processed and cannot be altered.

How long does delivery take?

* Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after purchase. Any orders placed on weekends or holidays will be handled on the next business day.

* Domestic shipping takes 5–7 working days

* International shipping takes 7–15 working days (subject to customs clearance)

 

Will I need to pay additional fees for international shipping?

Yes, customs duties and local taxes may apply depending on your country. These charges are not included in the checkout price.

 

Order Tracking 

* Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an order confirmation with tracking number via email

* Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to reflect in the carrier’s system.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days for orders within Nigeria and 30 days for international orders. Items must be in their original condition, and proof of payment must be provided.

 

Who covers return shipping costs?

Customers are responsible for return shipping fees. If a refund is approved, the shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.

 

Do you offer refunds?

Refunds are only issued for faulty items. All other sales are final.

 

Non-Refundable items

* All sales and clearance items cannot be returned. 

* Gift items are exempt from being returned.

* Additionally, Custom orders are non-returnable, but we’re happy to make alterations if needed. However, if an item has been approved by the client and later returned for alteration after fittings, the alteration costs will be covered by the client.

* Wash with similar colors to maintain fabric integrity.
