Returns & Exchange
Items must be in the same condition as they were at the time of purchase. Proof of payment must also be made available. All exchanges must be made within 3 working days after purchase for orders in Abuja. For orders outside Abuja, an exchange must be made within 5 days from the receipt of the item. Rayha Swish reserves the right to refuse returned items sent beyond the period limit or items that are not in the same condition as when they were received.
Customers will be responsible for the shipping cost of returning an item. In a situation where your refund is approved, the shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
We will only refund full cost of purchase on items that are faulty.
All sales are final. We do not offer exchanges or refunds on custom orders. We can only make alterations/amendments on custom orders. There will also be no refund or exchange on seasonal sales.
