Returns & Exchange
Items must be in the same condition as they were at the time of purchase. Proof of payment must also be made available. All returns must be made within 15 days after receipt of item for domestic orders. For international orders, returns must be made within 30 days from the receipt of item. Rayha Swish reserves the right to refuse returned items sent beyond the period limit or items that are not in the same condition as when they were received.

Return Charges
Customers will be responsible for the shipping cost of returning an item. In a situation where your refund is approved, the shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

Refunds
We will ONLY refund full cost of purchase on items that are faulty.

Sales
All sales are final. We do not offer exchanges or refunds on custom orders. We can only make alterations/amendments on custom orders. There will also be no refund or exchange on seasonal sales.
